Delete your account

Your progress is yours. Here is how Orbit Rush handles your data.

Delete directly in the game

Open Settings → Account and cloud save → Delete my account. Enter your current password, acknowledge the permanent loss of your online account and confirm Delete permanently. Your local game is kept. If a request is interrupted, retry to finish it. The email option below remains available if you cannot access the game.

You can request deletion of your Orbit Rush account and associated data without installing the game or signing in to this website.

Send your request to LUDIMIO

  1. Email ludimiogames@gmail.com, preferably from the address used for your game account.
  2. Use the subject Orbit Rush — account deletion and identify the account email address.
  3. LUDIMIO will verify ownership, process the request manually and reply to you. Sending the email does not instantly delete your account.

Write a deletion request

If the button does not open an email application, copy the address above into your preferred email service. Do not send a password, authentication code or payment card details.

What deletion covers

The request covers your Firebase sign-in account, current and previous cloud saves, and wallet containing your Prisms and premium entitlements. You will lose access to those online records. Only technical closure fingerprints (30 days) and purchase-token fingerprints unlinked from the account (365 days) remain for protection against concurrent writes and duplicate credits; cleanup after expiry is asynchronous. Local saves and Google Play

Deletion of online data does not erase saves or exported files already on your devices. Clear the application's storage and remove exported copies if you also want to erase those. Account deletion does not itself request a refund or delete your Google account or Google Play transaction history. Payment-related requests are handled through Google Play's applicable procedures.
